I offer:
Therapy for adults (18+)
Therapy for gender diverse young people (13–17), including family support where appropriate
Therapy is collaborative, transparent, and adapted to you.
What does a clinical psychologist help with?
Clinical psychologists support people to understand their experiences, develop ways of coping, and move through challenges in ways that feel more sustainable and aligned.
This can include making sense of identity, relationships, patterns over time, and the impact of broader systems, as well as building support for day-to-day life and meaningful change.

Approach
Our work is collaborative and shaped around three interconnected areas:
Understanding (shared formulation)
Developing a contextual understanding of your experiences—
including identity, neurotype, relationships, and the impact of broader systems.
Supporting (regulation and capacity)
Building capacity for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and day-to-day support using adapted, neuroaffirming approaches.
Integrating (meaning and change)
Supporting identity integration, values, and meaningful change in ways that align with your goals and pace.
This work draws from:
person-centred and trauma-informed frameworks
minority stress-informed approaches
nervous system-informed and parts-informed work
adapted skills-based approaches
I do not use approaches that aim to normalise or change neurodivergent ways of being.
The focus is on understanding, support, and sustainable ways of living.
How sessions are adapted
Sessions are flexible and responsive to different communication styles and processing needs.
This may include:
flexible pacing
