Privilege, Access & Welcome
Access to psychology is shaped by structural privilege — including race, class, disability, citizenship, language and geography.
I practise with awareness of positionality and the limits of what can be offered within existing systems. While I cannot undo systemic harm, I work to engage ethically within it and advocate where possible.
All differences are welcome here. You do not need to perform, justify or sanitise who you are to be respected.
Safety is not assumed — it is built collaboratively.

How I work
My work is collaborative, formulation-informed and intentionally paced.
I prioritise clarity, transparency and respect, with attention to how systems, language and assumptions shape distress.
This practice is designed to see fewer people more carefully.
