Workshops for Neurodivergent and Gender Diverse People
Overview
Group workshops are available for neurodivergent individuals, parents, caregivers and community members seeking to better understand neurodivergence, gender diversity and identity development.
Workshops aim to provide accessible, supportive spaces for learning, reflection and discussion. Sessions focus on sharing information, developing language to understand experiences, and supporting individuals and families to navigate systems and environments that may not always be designed with neurodivergent and gender diverse people in mind.
Workshops are informed by neuroaffirming and gender-affirming approaches and recognise the broader social and systemic factors that influence wellbeing.
Sessions may be offered periodically depending on interest and availability.
Workshop format
Group workshops provide an opportunity to explore shared experiences alongside others navigating similar questions or life contexts.
Workshops may be offered as single sessions focused on a particular topic, or as a short series allowing for deeper exploration and discussion.
Groups are intentionally kept small to support comfort, participation and thoughtful discussion.
Workshops are typically delivered online.
